Many of us want to eat healthily nowadays, but this can be a challenge if
you have a sweet tooth.
Luckily anyone can now make easy no-cook desserts & chocolate bars & truffles
that are high in nutrients but completely free from sugar, dairy or wheat.
This has been made possible
by the emergence of a new generation of low glycemic natural sweeteners
such as xylitol & agave syrup. Being creative with oils &
nuts gives a creamy 'dairy' taste to your recipes and means you can also
make fabulous no-cook pie crusts & flan bases.
And there is even good news about chocolate - new-on-the-market
raw chocolate seems to be a much healthier option for most people than
the traditional processed variety.
And if you can’t cook?
Well, the dishes I’ve created involve no cooking and don’t use
complicated lists of ingredients, so they are very easy & quick to prepare.
(All recipes are also vegan, mostly raw, & of course completely
sugar-free, dairy-free & wheat-free.)
